Trump was refused Presidental Immunity by Tanya Chutkan, the judge in his election interference case in Washington D.C, and again unanimously by the Washington D.C appellate court. Now, it is the hand of the U.S. Supreme Court. Trump’s request for presidential immunity is simple. It is a NO because in the U.S.A., “No One Is Above The Law.”

Case in point, Vladimir Putin’s openly and very publicly cold-blooded murder of Russian citizen the honorable Alexei Navalny just demonstrated the power of unfetter immunity. Trump’s lawyer argued that “Assassination of enemies covered under presidential immunity”.

The U.S. Supreme Court must move swiftly and deny Trump’s Un-American demand for immunity.

What do the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Disabled and Senior Voters have in common with Mail-In Voting? Mail-in voting will allow millions more disabled and Senior voters to Vote! If they can’t get to a voting station, Mail-In voting allows all Americans, specifically disabled and Senior voters to exercise their legal right to vote. We the people must not only guarantee the provision of Mail-In Voting, but we must expand voting for all eligible voters.
