Trump was refused Presidental Immunity by Tanya Chutkan, the judge in his election interference case in Washington D.C, and again unanimously by the Washington D.C appellate court. Now, it is the hand of the U.S. Supreme Court. Trump’s request for presidential immunity is simple. It is a NO because in the U.S.A., “No One Is Above The Law.”

Case in point, Vladimir Putin’s openly and very publicly cold-blooded murder of Russian citizen the honorable Alexei Navalny just demonstrated the power of unfetter immunity. Trump’s lawyer argued that “Assassination of enemies covered under presidential immunity”.

The U.S. Supreme Court must move swiftly and deny Trump’s Un-American demand for immunity.
